Employment Opportunities

A recent blog post focussed on our recruitment campaign throughout the state of Queensland.  It generated a fair bit of interest from people within salary packaging and related industries.  We are still busy going through the resumes and setting up interviews . . . I suspect this exercise will continue for some time.

The response here got us thinking about all the recruitment we do throughout the year across all of our offices, and how nice it would be to have motivated and experienced people applying for roles at Smartsalary and our fleet management company Webfleet.

Due to expansion across all areas of the business, about a dozen people have started with Smartsalary over the past month and we are currently looking for two dozen more in customer service, administrative, IT, novated leasing, and team leader roles in Sydney alone.  And typically we have one or more salary packaging consultant roles to fill throughout Australia – currently we are looking to fill roles in ACT, Newcastle and Mt. Gambier.

We encourage anyone interested in working with us to forward their resume. Finding quality candidates has proven to be exceedingly challenging . . . our recruitment manager tells me that she reviews about 50 resumes that come through from job boards for every one job hire!   I suspect that the success rate from qualified industry candidates would naturally be a lot higher.  If you have a strong work ethic and want to work in a dynamic organisation focussed on its culture and customer service above all else, then we’d love to hear from you.
