Driving Performance Through Staff Engagement

A few months back I spoke at CeBIT in Sydney, which is known as the biggest business and technology event in Australia. This year the exhibition saw keynote speakers talking about the latest innovations across a number of industries, so it was good to be part of that.

I firmly believe that a company’s strategy can’t possibly be well executed, if it isn’t clear to absolutely everyone in the business. So I talked about our Strategy Triangle, including how we use staff engagement to drive business performance.

As an example of one of our newer initiatives, we now help staff to build their resumes and put them onto LinkedIn.  After all, if our staff don’t believe that this is THE BEST place for them to build their resumes, then they’ll simply go build them somewhere else!
