2014 Customer Service Award Achievements

For the fourth consecutive year Smartsalary is pleased to be a winner at the Australian Service Excellence Awards. We have been accredited by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) since 2008, and have seen our score improve year after year.

This year we achieved a score of 8.24, our highest score to date – in fact, we’re 1 of only 4 companies in Australia ever to receive a score over 8 in CSIA’s history. As for the awards ceremony, we are thrilled to be the NSW State winner for Service Excellence in the medium business category (90-500 employees). And we’re also proud of our Chief Operating Officer, Michael Ellies, who was named the NSW Customer Service Executive of the Year.
